Westbrook brings more than 25 years of experience in merchandising, product development, and technical design. She previously held senior merchandising roles at VF Imagewear and Fechheimer Brothers Co., where she developed innovative pattern systems that improved production efficiency and quality control. Her expertise spans from creating technical packages and tracking documentation to setting industry standards in patternmaking and product fit, making her a standout leader in luxury textile manufacturing.

Her strategic approach to operational management has consistently delivered results, earning her recognition as a leader in the field.
