You’ll be hardpressed to find someone with the expertise Jill has in textiles and custom window treatment design and installation. Jill Ballew brings 25 years of Design experience to every project. Jill understands both the design of the products as well as the quality and construction behind each product because every product is hand made. Jill combines beautiful designs with functional solutions. She’s been at the forefront of motorized treatments for years and is an innovator in blending beauty with any functional needs a homeowner or Designer may have. You can count on Jill to be well-versed on current trends while bringing a fresh Southern feel to her beautiful designs.

Francesca Banks
Designer
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Francesca was born and raised in Chicago, where she attended Loyola University for her Undergraduate Education and Harrington College of Design for her Master’s Degree in Interior Design. Francesca brings her expert Design perspective to every space and creates beautiful window treatments of all types working with Clients in both the Chattanooga and Knoxville areas. She relocated to Chattanooga a year ago to be close to her family. In her spare time you’ll find her obsessing over her dogs or hunting for vintage furniture finds.
Favorite Food: Italian

Beth Mills
Designer
Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Beth has been a Designer now with High Country Drapery Designs for over a year creating beautiful custom window treatments in partnership with Designers / Builders throughout the Greenville, Asheville and Cashiers areas. Beth has a strong Math background as an educator which is very important in measuring and installing perfect treatments. Beth was recently selected by a very talented Interior Designer to work in partnership for the Cashiers Designer Showhome creating breathtaking drapery, Roman shades and reupholstery. Beth travels throughout South and North Carolina assisting Clients wherever they may be.
In her free time she spends time with her children and grand kids, travels and spends time in the great outdoors.

Krista Savadge
Operations Manager
Location: Corporate Headquarters, Chickamauga Georgia
Krista is an incredible asset to the High Country Drapery Designs Team. She has been with High Country now for 2 years and is responsible for overseeing the creation of all of our new window treatments across every location. Her role includes: planning, ordering, ensuring the fabric is inspected, ensuring hardware is received and working properly, monitoring/managing workroom work flow and Krista oversees all timelines on the projects. There are so many moving parts in this process and Krista oversees it all. You’ll also find Krista creating motorized Roman Shades and building custom valances and top treatments. When she’s not managing workflow, she’s spending time with her family.
Favorite Food: Chicken N Dumplings form the Groovey Gourmet
Free Time: I love to read but most of my free time is spent with my husband watching our kids play soccer/baseball/basketball.
Thyra DeCicco
Marketing Manager
Location: Corporate Headquarters, Chickamauga Georgia
Thyra also relocated to Chattanooga from downtown Chicago to join her family. Thyra has an Undergraduate Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University with a degree of concentration in (you guessed it) Marketing. Prior to joining High Country, Thyra was a VP at an Ad Agency and also worked in Real Estate with Christie’s International Real Estate focusing on the luxury market. When she’s not posting something on Social Media she’s walking her dogs … or moving in some way, shape or form.
Favorite Food: Indian.
Free Time: I love to restore old homes and move (physically), walk, workout, etc.
Thanh Pitts
Seamstress
Location: Corporate Headquarters, Chickamauga Georgia
Thanh brings with her decades of experience as a seamstress to High Country and oversees window treatment creation in our workroom. You only need to watch Thanh in action briefly to witness her impeccable attention to detail, precision and perfectionism. If you spend time in the workroom with Thanh she can’t help but share her breadth of knowledge which is a true gift.
“If it isn’t perfect, it isn’t finished” should be Thanh’s credo. Thanh has been a seamstress for many years with one of Chattanooga’s top tailors and we are delighted to have her on our team.
In her free time she loves to create through knitting and crochet.
Favorite Food: Anything spicy. Vietnamese noodles are a favorite.
